About Us
RPAC is a trauma-focused psychotherapy practice dedicated to enriching lives and empowering clients to achieve their goals. We provide evidence-based treatment modalities, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, and Imago couples therapy.

Qualifications (required):
- Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Active Maryland license, including: LGSW, LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or other applicable Maryland mental health licenses
- EMDR-trained or willing to complete EMDR training
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience treating trauma-related concerns (Preferred)
- Experience working with diverse populations (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality psychotherapy services
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Utilize technology platforms for telehealth, scheduling, and communication
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in consultation as needed
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of care
