The Fitness Sales Associate is a vital part of the RockBox Fitness team, focusing on membership and gear sales, lead management, and member engagement. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a commitment to maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk environment. The Fitness Sales Associate plays a key role in driving our studio's growth and member satisfaction. They must demonstrate an ability to multitask, be comfortable making sales calls, and maintain a positive, engaging demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate has a natural talent for building relationships and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Sales and Lead Management: Handle Club Ready tasks, make a calls during class, and achieve daily targets of various activities (calls, texts, or emails), bookings, and sales.

● Membership and Gear Sales: Successfully discuss services offered when new prospects are brought to the front desk. Obtain new member referrals.

● Member Engagement: Build trust and rapport with First Time

Experience (FTE) prospects and establish relationships with all members, starting with learning their names. Participate in a minimum of two classes per week.

● Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area. Restock gear and studio forms as needed.

● Arena Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the arena and its equipment.

● Class Assistance: Assist during and between classes as necessary, including dresetting and cleaning equipment for the next session.

● Marketing: Carry out traditional marketing efforts, write "thank you" &

"birthday" cards for members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
