You will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.</p> <p>This is a Short-Term opportunity for 6 months to start with a possibility to convert to full-time based on business needs and individual performance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand each team’s goals and talent needs, then identify, attract, and engage top candidates who will drive our mission forward</li> <li>Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms</li> <li>Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale</li> <li>Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles</li> <li>Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices</li> <li>Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process</li> <li>Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene</li> <li>Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders</li> <li>Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing sourcing analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of top of funnel sourcing experience (Data Science)</li> <li>Demonstrated experience sourcing for Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Engineers across seniority levels, domains, and functions</li> <li>Demonstrated experience sourcing for niche and senior technical talent in competitive markets, including Applied Scientists and Computational Scientists.</li> <li>Proven ability to assess strong technical skills and complex project experience</li> <li>Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results</li> <li>Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets</li> <li>A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex sourcing challenges with creativity and innovation</li> <li>Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines</li> <li>A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy</li> <li>A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the&nbsp;actual hourly rate&nbsp;could fall outside of this expected range.
