Robert A. Tull Inc, a family owned plumbing company, is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team! We are looking for highly motivated candidates who thrive in a fast moving environment. Our warehouse associates are a vital part of our team who help ensure the rest of the company runs smoothly.

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, trustworthy, and driven by a strong work ethic. Success in this position will require efficient time management and being able to accomplish assigned tasks independently.

As a Warehouse Associate at Robert A. Tull Inc, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory, preparing deliveries and loading trucks, and ensuring a efficiently operating warehouse. This position offers the ability to advance within the warehouse and within the company.

Our Warehouse Associate position is a Full Time position, with the ability to make weekly overtime. Compensation starts at $18.00+/hour, depending on experience and motivation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of plumbing materials.
• Accurately label, store, and organize inventory in designated areas.
• Prepare material packages and load them onto delivery trucks.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Assist in general warehouse duties and perform occasional deliveries in a company vehicle, as needed.
• Meeting expectations and following company rules and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Driver's License & Clean Driving Record, if making occasional deliveries (Required)
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks (Required)
• Previous Warehouse Experience (Preferred)
• A positive, willing to learn attitude and attention to detail
