About The Role

Roar Apex is on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join our Video Production Services team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for turning scripts into striking animations and visual effects, breathing life into scripted concepts through captivating videos. Your role will involve creating unique motion graphics, titles, and animations that align seamlessly with client branding and objectives. Your creativity will take center stage as you transform written concepts into engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Envision and produce original motion graphics, titles, and animations from scripts, crafting concepts into polished, impactful visuals.
• Design custom animations for a myriad of content, including corporate videos, explainer videos, product promotions, and engaging social media assets.
• Collaborate closely with team leads to realize creative visions, ensuring harmony with client expectations and goals.
• Employ advanced animation techniques, including rotoscoping, tracking, masking, and compositing, to elevate video quality.
• Create fluid transitions and dynamic text animations to enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and upholding high standards of quality in all deliverables.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in motion graphics design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation styles such as corporate, explainer videos, product promos, and social media content.
• Extensive knowledge of Cinema 4D and expertise in Adobe After Effects.
• Exceptional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, demonstrating advanced techniques like rotoscoping, tracking, and compositing.
• Proven track record of developing original motion graphics and animations from scripts, guiding projects from concept to final product.
• An understanding of stock footage and music licensing.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret creative briefs.

Pre-requisites

• Access to a computer with the capability to manage 4K video and animation projects efficiently.
• Possession of up-to-date versions of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A webcam for virtual meetings and team collaboration.
