About the Role
Rize Bikes is looking for a versatile and energetic Customer Experience & Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Richmond. This isn't just a desk job; you will be the face and voice of our brand, helping riders get on the road and stay there.
You will handle everything from helping a new customer choose their first e-bike to troubleshooting technical components and managing warranty claims. If you are a problem-solver who loves tech and people in equal measure, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Support: Manage customer inquiries via email and phone with a focus on speed, clarity, and empathy.
- Sales Consultation: Guide prospective customers through our product lineup, identifying the best e-bike for their lifestyle and closing sales.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist riders with technical questions regarding motors, batteries, and mechanical components.
- Warranty Management: Evaluate warranty claims, coordinate with the technical team for repairs, and ensure a seamless resolution for the customer.
- In-Shop Service: Greet walk-in customers at our Richmond facility, provide product demonstrations, and facilitate test rides.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or technical support.
- Strong computer literacy (experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or helpdesk software like Zendesk is an asset).
- Interest in cycling or previous knowledge of e-bikes is a major plus!
