Job Title: Data Analyst – SaaS (TruLeague)

Location: Bhilai

Experience Required: 2–4 years

TruLeague is a fast-growing SaaS platform enabling meaningful engagement between institutions and prospective students through ambassador-led communities. We work closely with global universities to deliver measurable engagement, conversion, and student experience outcomes.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can translate product and user data into actionable insights. You will play a critical role in driving data-backed decisions across product, customer success, and leadership teams.

This role requires hands-on experience with analytics tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build client-facing reports in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & User Analytics

  • Analyse user behaviour, funnels, and engagement patterns across the TruLeague platform
  • Track key SaaS metrics such as activation, retention, and cohort performance
  • Work with tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to derive insights

2. Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
  • Create automated and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and external clients
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of all data outputs

3. Client-Facing Analytics

  • Prepare customer performance reports showcasing engagement, usage trends, and impact
  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with Customer Success teams to support client conversations

4. Data Management & Analysis

  • Work extensively with Google Sheets for data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis
  • Perform data validation and ensure integrity across multiple sources
  • Assist in setting up tracking frameworks and event structures

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define metrics and KPIs
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing initiatives
  • Contribute to building a strong data culture within the organisation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics / Product Analytics (preferably SaaS or B2B environment)
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics
  • Mixpanel
  • Amazon QuickSight
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • Good understanding of funnels, cohorts, and user behaviour analytics
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience with SQL or basic data querying
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, retention)
  • Exposure to client-facing reporting or consulting
