The Role
My client is looking for a Customer Success Lead who genuinely understands the day-to-day pressures of high-stakes, deadline-driven professional environments. This is an early hire into the customer success function, with real ownership and visibility from day one.
The successful candidate will work with enterprise clients to ensure they get maximum value from the platform - driving adoption across large user bases, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and feeding customer insight back into the product.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at some of the largest organisations in the world, acting as their trusted point of contact
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and rollout of the platform across large teams
- Represent the customer internally — turning feedback into product improvements
- Design and deliver training that drives meaningful adoption
- Track and report on usage data to identify risks and opportunities
- Grow into a team lead role as the CS function scales
- Help define how the business approaches customer success as a discipline

- 2-5 years' experience in commercial due diligence with a top-tier consulting firm
- Real-world experience with AI tools integrated into professional workflows
- Strong communication and relationship management skills at a senior level
- A structured, data-driven approach - comfortable with basic SQL and reporting
- Someone who takes initiative, holds themselves to a high bar, and isn't afraid to push back
- Native or highly fluent English
