The Opportunity
We are hiring a Front Desk Concierge with a minimum of 3 years experience in a spa or salon environment who is ready to take the next step in their career.
This role starts at the front desk, with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager position based on performance, leadership, and experience.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations and stepping into a leadership presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a warm, polished, and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and guest communication using Fresha
- Confidently recommend services and retail products to drive sales
- Maintain smooth daily operations—managing flow, timing, and service coordination
- Act as the lead on shift when management is not present
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Support team communication and ensure a cohesive work environment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards throughout the space
- Assist with social media content (Instagram, TikTok) and in-spa marketing initiatives
- Support inventory, merchandising, and operational tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a spa or salon front desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven with confidence in recommending services and retail
- Leadership mindset—you take initiative and step up when needed
- Comfortable creating content and being on camera for social media
- Professional, reliable, and accountable
- Flexible availability (evenings and at least 2 Sundays per month)
- Experience with Fresha or similar booking systems is an asset
Compensation & Growth
- $21–$24/hour (based on experience)
