Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer in Injection Molding, based in Cheyyur. The role involves managing daily production activities, overseeing the injection molding process, planning and optimizing production schedules, and maintaining quality benchmarks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and adherence to production standards is central to the role. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying areas to enhance processes will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Production Engineering, particularly with injection molding processes.
• Proficient in Production Planning and execution for streamlined operations.
• Analytical Skills for identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvement strategies.
• Expertise in Quality Control to ensure final products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for team coordination and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or injection molding is an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
