Role Description

This is a contract role for a Line Producer based on-site in Rann of Kutch.

The Line

Producer will oversee day-to-day operations during production by managing budgets, schedules, and logistics.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with department heads, supervising crew, ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards, and resolving production challenges efficiently. The candidate will also ensure that the production stays on time and within budget while maintaining a creative and collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Budget management and scheduling skills, with experience in financial planning and cost control for productions
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee production logistics and timelines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and coordinate with diverse teams
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site challenges and ensure project continuity
• Familiarity with production standards, safety protocols, and location-specific compliance
• Proven experience in film, digital media, or TVC production; previous on-site experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred
