This role will serve as a critical partner to senior leadership, responsible for translating complex financial results and forecasts into clear, decision-ready insights. The ideal candidate brings exceptional financial modeling skills, strong accounting and financial statement expertise, and deep experience leading planning, forecasting, and month-end close processes.</p> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL DO</h2> <ul> <li>Own the preparation of executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors with detailed analysis and accuracy.</li> <li>Lead the annual financial and operating planning process, coordinating with cross-functional partners to consolidate company-wide resource requests and prepare leadership-level materials.</li> <li>Maintain rolling forecasts and long-range outlooks, incorporating business performance, strategic initiatives, and macro considerations.</li> <li>Support broader FP&amp;A team with maintaining sophisticated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.</li> <li>Play a leadership role in the monthly close process, including review of results and reconciliation of Budget vs. Actuals (BvA).</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of progressive finance experience across corporate finance, FP&amp;A, or strategic finance roles; investment banking and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling expertise, including building models from the ground up, with deep understanding of financial statements and their interdependencies.</li> <li>Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, executive-level insights and presentations; highly detail-oriented, with the ability to operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.</li> <li>Advanced experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise financial planning systems.</li> <li>MBA preferred but not required.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below.
