Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workstation design and production layout optimization
• Conduct time studies to enhance labor allocation
• Design optimal material flow for luxury goods
• Apply Value Stream Mapping to identify inefficiencies
• Monitor production trends to recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, preferably luxury goods
• Proven experience with Lean methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making prowess
• At least 3 years' experience with AutoCAD
