Sous Chef – Pan-Asian Kitchen

Role Overview

The Sous Chef supports the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and ensures smooth execution of service, maintaining high culinary and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Head Chef in managing kitchen operations

Supervise CDPs and commis during service

Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service

Monitor hygiene, safety, and kitchen discipline

Support training and performance management of kitchen staff

Experience Required

6–8 years of kitchen experience

2–3 years as Sous Chef or Senior CDP

Solid working knowledge of Thai and Pan-Asian cuisine

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
