Senior Social Media Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to social media pitches by analyzing RFPs, scope of work, and eligibility criteria
• Collaborate with strategy, copy, and design teams to develop compelling pitch decks and robust social media strategies
• Independently build strategic approaches for select pitches and clients, going beyond standard or AI-generated solutions
• Support hiring initiatives by screening and shortlisting candidates for on-site and offsite client deployments
• Oversee and manage teams deployed at client locations, including regular follow-ups, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Act as the central point of contact between client teams and the head office to ensure alignment and communication flow
• Ensure seamless execution, consistency, and quality control across all managed social media accounts
• Identify and drive opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business growth within existing client portfolios
