We’re hiring a Commercial Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) to support the day-to-day commercial and operational activities of Ricola Canada. Based in Toronto (hybrid) , this is a part-time fixed-term role for 15–24 hours per week , with flexible scheduling and the potential to extend. It is a strong opportunity for someone looking to apply or deepen their experience in a national FMCG business while working closely with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Support invoice routing, records management, and general administration
• Prepare sales and consumption reporting for key retail customers
• Coordinate promotional programs, displays, broker communication, and core commercial reference data
• Use AI tools to help create a monthly Ricola Canada newsletter summarizing brand activity for Canadian customers
• Support environmental stewardship reporting and related submissions across provinces

What we’re looking for

• Experience or coursework in business, commerce, operations, finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data, reporting, and administrative processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and Copilot
• Clear communication skills and an interest in commercial operations, FMCG, and in-market execution
