Role Description

This full-time on-site role as an Agricultural Service Technician is based in Ontario. The individual will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on agricultural equipment, conducting diagnostic troubleshooting, and providing high-quality field service support. Collaborating with clients to resolve equipment-related concerns and ensuring optimal functionality are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Maintenance & Repair of agricultural machinery
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address technical issues
• Experience in performing Field Service and on-location equipment support
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service and effectively communicate with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the field
• Prior experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
• Completion of technical training or a related post-secondary program is preferred
