Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator. The role involves operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. The operator will maintain and troubleshoot machinery, inspect finished products for quality standards, and collaborate with team members for efficient workflow. The role also requires proactive machine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Machine Operation and handling industrial sewing machines
• Skilled in Quality Control processes to ensure production meets required standards
• Understanding of Machinery and basic knowledge of maintenance practices
• Ability to use Hand Tools effectively for equipment adjustments or repairs
• Strong Communication skills for teamwork and understanding instructions clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or sewing-related role is preferred
