Sales Representative – On the Road & In-Person (Full-Time Opportunity)

We’re looking for a driven and confident sales representative to represent two fast-growing companies:

• A kitchen renovation company (modern transformations, vinyl wraps, countertops, etc.)
• An AI-powered software company providing solutions to local businesses

This role is ideal for someone who wants freedom, strong earning potential, and the ability to control their income.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and meet clients on the road (B2B and residential)
• Present and sell our services in person
• Attend showroom meetings and scheduled appointments
• Generate and follow up with leads
• Close deals and build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (required)
• Sales experience is a strong asset
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Must have a car

Compensation Structure

• Full-time role with flexible schedule
• In-office work (2–3 days/week):
• Paid $25/hour (part-time hours)
• Plus commission on sales
• On-the-road work (rest of the week):
• 100% commission-based
• Unlimited earning potential — you earn based on what you close
