Calculate accurately, resolve fast, and keep tenants and leadership aligned.Responsibilities:Review and reconcile CAM charges in accordance with commercial lease agreementsCalculate tenant pro-rata shares based on actual property operating expensesPrepare and distribute CAM reconciliation statements to tenants accurately and on timeCoordinate with property management and accounting teams to resolve billing discrepanciesRespond to tenant inquiries and disputes regarding CAM charges professionallyCollect, verify, and allocate vendor invoices and operating expenses per lease termsMaintain accurate records of CAM charges, adjustments, and tenant paymentsSupport annual budgeting and forecasting of CAM expensesEnsure compliance with lease terms and regulatory requirements — mandatoryManage CAM reconciliations across multiple properties simultaneously — mandatoryUtilize property management software including AppFolio — mandatoryGenerate reports for management review and audit purposesProfile:3+ years of experience in CAM reconciliation, lease administration, or commercial real estate accountingHands-on ex
