Responsibilities
- Conduct listing appointments with motivated home sellers
- Price, market, and list residential properties to sell quickly and profitably
- Deliver high-level seller consultations and listing presentations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using real estate CRM systems
- Host open houses and leverage team-generated leads
- Provide exceptional client service from listing to closing
- Negotiate contracts and manage the home selling process
- Generate repeat and referral business through relationship-building

Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Experience in real estate sales, listings, or seller representation preferred
