About the Role

We’re hiring a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to assist our operations and installation teams by helping customers navigate scheduling, service, and installation-related questions.

This is a fast-paced role for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with customers and internal teams. You’ll help keep projects moving, ensure follow-through, and create a positive customer experience throughout the process.

If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and bringing clarity to moving parts, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and service-related communication
• Coordinate scheduling updates, service appointments, and installation follow-up
• Work closely with project managers, installers, and operations teams to keep everyone aligned
• Track customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the process
• Maintain accurate notes and updates within CRM and scheduling systems
• Help identify recurring issues and support process improvements

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Customer service or call center experience
• Service coordination or scheduling experience
• Home improvement, construction, or field service industry experience
• Experience working with subcontractors or operations teams
