🔧 Key Skills:
ServiceNow Ticket Management & Incident Handling
Basic Microsoft Azure Knowledge
IT Service Desk / L1 Support
Windows OS & Active Directory (password reset, user management)
Basic Networking (DNS, VPN, connectivity)
📌 Role Highlights:
Ticket triaging & routing to L2 teams
Azure infrastructure issue coordination
SLA monitoring & user communication
Work in a fast-paced infrastructure support environment
🕒 Shift: US (EST) – 9 AM to 6 PM
