Accounts Executive (Inventory, Cash Flow & MIS)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong expertise in inventory & stock management, cash flow handling, and MIS reporting, preferably from the food or dairy industry. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, accurate stock tracking, and timely reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory records (raw materials, finished goods, packaging)
• Track stock movement, reconciliation, and coordinate with warehouse & production teams
• Prepare and manage cash flow statements (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review
• Handle billing, invoicing, and accounting entries
• Monitor stock discrepancies and financial variances
• Assist in audits, reporting, and compliance
• Work on Tally / ERP systems for accounts and inventory management

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-5 years in accounts with exposure to:
• Inventory & stock management
• Cash flow management
• MIS reporting
• Industry Preference: Organic food, FMCG, or dairy sector preferred
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems
• Good understanding of cash flow and working capital
• Proficiency in Excel / MIS reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Preferred Profile

• Experience in organic food / dairy / FMCG industry
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal
• Preference will be given to female candidates
