Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation and Email Automation Specialist to help set up and manage a streamlined digital system for landing pages, email automation, booking, and tracking. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Framer, MailerLite, Calendly, Meta Pixel, and landing page optimization.
We are looking for someone to work with us on a part-time, ongoing freelance basis. This is not a one-time project. We are hoping to build a long-term working relationship with someone who can support our lead generation systems and future digital marketing needs as the business grows.
The main goal is to build a strong lead generation system that captures leads, nurtures prospects through automated emails, and supports better customer engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
Set up Framer as the central platform for landing page creation and updates.
Design and optimize landing pages focused on lead generation, conversions, and user experience.
Configure MailerLite for email automation workflows, lead capture forms, and subscriber management.
Create automated email sequences to support customer engagement and follow up.
Integrate Calendly for booking, scheduling, and lead appointment management.
Connect landing pages, email forms, and booking links into one smooth customer journey.
Install and configure Meta Pixel for tracking website visitors, lead activity, and campaign performance.
Ensure all tools are properly connected and tested before launch.
Review landing page performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions.
Provide ongoing part-time support for updates, improvements, and future lead generation campaigns.
Support the setup of a simple, effective system that helps the business collect leads and manage follow ups efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience with landing page creation and lead generation systems.
Hands-on experience using Framer for website or landing page development.
Strong knowledge of MailerLite or similar email marketing platforms.
Experience setting up email automation workflows and lead capture forms.
Familiarity with Calendly integration for booking and scheduling.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel setup, tracking, and basic analytics.
Ability to design clean, professional, and conversion-focused landing pages.
Understanding of customer journey, lead nurturing, and online marketing funnels.
Strong attention to detail when connecting tools and testing automations.
Ability to work independently on a part-time freelance basis while maintaining clear communication.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical steps clearly.
