Job Description

Drive IT support in a dynamic ski and golf resort. As an IT Manager, ensure systems reliability, troubleshoot issues, and enhance operations for an unforgettable guest experience.

This year-round position involves supporting various departments with technology needs across the resort operations. The successful candidate will have supervisory experience and a strong background in IT. You will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure and equipment fleet while collaborating with staff to exceed expectations of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support hardware and systems across all departments
  • Provide program software assistance for staff
  • Design web pages, ideally with Visual Basic
  • Maintain IT service policies to ensure goals are met

Requirements
