Assistant General Manager-Front Desk with housekeeping experience

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Hotel Manager to support the overall operations of our hotel. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

. **Front Desk Operations:**

  • Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring high standards of guest service.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate front desk staff to maintain excellent service levels.

**Guest Relations:**

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests, addressing their needs and feedback.
  • Implement guest service initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

**Staff Management:**

  • Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring housekeeping and maintenance staff, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.

  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor hotel performance metrics and assist in budget management.

**Rates and Pricing:**

  • Support online hotel services and increase occupancy rates.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback that informs marketing strategies.

**Compliance and Safety:**

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain standards.

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management preferred.
  • Proven experience in hotel front desk operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
