Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer position based in Ahmedabad. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and managing network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, addressing customer support requests, and ensuring network security. The role requires real-time issue detection, resolution, and maintaining the uptime and reliability of the network infrastructure while providing proactive and reactive technical support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and best practices
• Hands-on experience in Network Administration, Desktop/Server Support, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network systems, Cloud Security and infra management, Managed SOC implementation
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex network and connectivity issues
• Experience in Technical Support, including assisting clients and documenting incidents
• Understanding of Network Security principles and practices, including firewalls and data protection policies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
