Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Registered Nurse will provide patient care, monitor patient health, administer medications, and ensure proper documentation. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining hygiene protocols, assisting in procedures, and offering emotional support to patients and their families. The role requires adherence to clinical protocols and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, health monitoring, and medication administration
• Knowledge of clinical protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety measures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams
• Documentation and record-keeping experience for maintaining accurate patient records
• Relevant certification in nursing practice; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent
• Valid nursing license from the applicable regulatory body
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Previous experience in an acute care or hospital setting is a plus
