About Incubenation Campus
Incubenation Campus is a college-focused entrepreneurship and incubation program that partners with colleges and universities to build structured E-Cells and deliver hands-on startup programs. Our work helps students move from ideas to execution within the campus ecosystem.
Role Summary
The Curriculum Developer will design and manage practical, execution-focused entrepreneurship curricula for college students. The role involves creating structured learning modules, workshop content, and activity-based materials that support incubation programs and E-Cell initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
● Design entrepreneurship and incubation curricula for:
○ E-Cell programs
○ Startup bootcamps
○ Semester-based incubation programs
● Create session plans, learning objectives, decks, worksheets, and templates
● Ensure curriculum is hands-on, activity-driven, and student-friendly
● Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and program teams for delivery support
● Customise curriculum based on college type and program duration
● Continuously update content based on feedback and outcomes
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Education, or a related field
● 1–3 years of experience in curriculum development, startup education, or incubation programs
Preferred Skills
● Understanding of startups, incubation, or accelerator programs
● Strong content structuring and written communication skills
● Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable learning material
● Experience with experiential or activity-based learning design
