Job Opening: Desktop Support Engineer (Work from Office)

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon and Lower Parel)

Budget: ₹3.24LPA(21.4K in hand)

Qualification: Graduation in Any Stream

Experience Required: Minimum 1.6 Years

Working Days: 6 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to end-users on desktop and system-related issues.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting through a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Outlook, O365 applications, and email configurations.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent and quality support delivery.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Freshdesk, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Outlook Troubleshooting and O365 Support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of desktop hardware, software installations, and remote troubleshooting tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Remote Support.
• Must be able to produce relevant experience documents (Offer Letter, Experience Letter).
• Graduation is mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
