Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile to join our construction and manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinetry, flooring installation, roofing, siding, and more. The will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to ensure high-quality results across multiple construction and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
• Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support foundational and structural elements.
• Install cabinets, flooring (including tile laying), siding, roofing, and other finishing components.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
• Conduct construction painting, caulking, and sealing to enhance durability and aesthetics of projects.
• Assist with framing, carpentry, woodworking, assembly, and general handyman tasks as needed.
• Execute plumbing and electrical work in compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Measure materials accurately for construction estimating purposes.
• Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required to support project timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, siding, or related fields.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating is highly desirable.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, scaffolding, and other relevant equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as necessary.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to construction activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for precise craftsmanship.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
• Prior handyman experience or experience with restoration projects is a plus. Pay: $21.32-$26.00 per hour
