Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Utility(Electrical)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling of all Shift activity effectively & independently with fault analysis & trouble shooting of various electrical faults in electrical system. Smooth coordination with process in-charge customers & shift members for work related to electrical system.
• Installation, Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of 33 KV Switchgear panels with all associated equipments i.e. CB, CT, PT, LA, Protection relays, RTCC panel, 33/11KV Transformers, SCADA, SAS and battery charger Panel with battery.
• Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of 11KV/415V Transformers, HT/LT Panels with fast bus transfer system, HT/LT Motors & HT/LT Capacitor Panels.
• Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of 1500KVA DG Sets and 500KVA UPS system with battery bank.
• Operation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Large utility System, i.e. Air compressors, Chillers, HVAC, ETP, UPW, Gas Yard with N2 Generation facility, Fire Pump House and other associated equipments with Electrical system.
• Having exposure in VFDs & Soft Starters.
• Effective operation and maintenance for HT/LT Electrical System.
• Knowledge of Power system protection & Relay coordination.
• Maintenance and condition monitoring of electrical system including supervision of workman for ensuring safety & quality aspects as per the specified job.
• Preparation & Monitoring of Daily Energy reports along with cost saving analysis.
• Modification & up gradation of the system for the ease of process & maintenance.
• IMS implementation with preparation of SOP, Work instruction, 5S etc.
• Implement safety culture within department and organization.
