Responsibilities

• Deliver professional haircutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, tools, and equipment
• Engage clients through effective communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
• Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings

Experience

• Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist in a professional salon or barbershop setting
• Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, haircutting, and grooming services
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in retail sales and upselling is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory
