I’m a high-performance real estate agent building a serious business.

I’m looking for one person who wants to be deeply involved in real estate and is willing to earn their way into the industry by learning how a real business runs from the inside.

Who This Is For

This role is for someone who:

• Sees themselves in real estate long-term
• Is okay starting in a support role to learn the business properly
• Values learning, proximity, and mentorship over short-term pay
• Wants stability, structure, and growth — not job hopping
• Is emotionally mature, reliable, and grounded

You do not need to be licensed yet.

Who This Is NOT For

This role is not for someone who:

• Is “exploring options” or comparing multiple career paths
• Needs rapid income growth in the next 6–12 months
• Wants to become an agent immediately
• Struggles with punctuality, follow-through, or consistency
• Sees this as a temporary stepping stone

The Role (Year 1 Focus)

Your primary responsibility is to support and learn.

You will:

• Manage CRM and follow-ups
• Coordinate listings and transactions
• Handle client communication and scheduling
• Keep systems organized and up to date
• Learn how a real estate business actually operates day to day

This is a hands-on role with real responsibility.

Growth Path (Important to Read)

There is no guaranteed path to becoming an agent.

However:

• If after 12–18 months you’ve shown consistency, loyalty, and mastery of the role
• And if both of us feel aligned
• We can discuss next steps within real estate

Growth is earned, not promised.

Compensation

• Salary: $45,000 annually plus bonus on every deal.
• This role prioritizes long-term growth over short-term pay
• Stability, learning, and real industry exposure are the trade-off
