UI / UX Designer General Designer

Mid-level designer working part-time for 6 months

Role will assist in priority projects in the HCM area

Will work under the direction of a Lead designer and/or a Design Manager

Design work will require understanding of complex use cases and user flows while applying UX best-practices to create intuitive user experiences

Designer responsibilities:

Build out requirements using DRD's

Plan and track work using Jira while working in 2-week sprints

Provide low to medium design assets as required per project

Works closely with PMs and Development resources to refine designs and solutions

Collaborates with the design team to get all pending work reviewed prior to hand-off

Communicates updates and status frequently to stakeholders and design leadership throughout the sprint
