Role Overview:
As a Store Manager / Store Manager cum Optom, your primary responsibility will be to achieve and exceed sales targets for the store by ensuring product availability, product presentation, customer service, and maintaining high levels of store standards and customer experience. You will also be in charge of controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high retail standards at the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by ensuring product availability, presentation, and customer service
- Control expenses within the budget by efficient resource utilization and reducing wastage
- Manage shrinkage by adhering to stock management procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant laws, and high retail standards
- Provide necessary reports to management on customers, sales, stock, competition, and promotions
- Implement marketing, promotions, and visual merchandising plans at the store level
- Manage inventory effectively to maximize returns and minimize waste
