Job Overview

The Senior Affiliate Manager will drive affiliate marketing initiatives for Tira Beauty - Reliance Retail, focusing on partner management and revenue generation. Based in BKC - Mumbai, this full-time position will lead affiliate and creator ecosystem by driving high-value partner acquisition, managing performance and budgets, strengthening relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful, data-driven growth and brand results.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, influencer ecosystem & creator partnerships
  • Experience in performance tracking, ROI optimization, and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with compliance, governance, and creator content guidelines
  • Ability to drive partner engagement, campaign excellence, and scalable program operations.

Educational Qualification: Masters / Post Graduation Degree in Marketing

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Program Management of the affiliate program end to end - P&L management, ROI frameworks, program expansion & feature development, market benchmarking research & competition analysis
  • Drive creator recruitment strategies and & retention frameworks for high-value affiliates, influencers, and creators to strengthen the partner pipeline.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier creators and affiliate partners.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution with strong alignment to brand standards and compliance.
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate insights to enhance ROI.
  • Manage budgets, commissions, and approval workflows with governance excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally across marketing, finance, and product teams to drive impactful outcomes.
