The Senior Affiliate Manager will drive affiliate marketing initiatives for Tira Beauty - Reliance Retail, focusing on partner management and revenue generation. - Drive creator recruitment strategies and & retention frameworks for high-value affiliates, influencers, and creators to strengthen the partner pipeline.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier creators and affiliate partners.
- Lead campaign planning and execution with strong alignment to brand standards and compliance.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and generate insights to enhance ROI.
- Manage budgets, commissions, and approval workflows with governance excellence.
- Partner cross-functionally across marketing, finance, and product teams to drive impactful outcomes.
