This best-in-class team makes sure that the infrastructure, materials, tools, and equipment are in place for us to rapidly iterate and print. The Powder-Based manufacturing team was crucial to manufacturing Aeon-1 for first launch and now are developing and demonstrating groundbreaking technologies, design, and approaches for Aeon-R.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">About the Role:</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will directly manage and support a group of engineers who own specific assets and their processes. You will be responsible for elevating team performance, aligning ownership expectations, and ensuring cross-team clarity around handoffs, schedules, and quality goals.
