Utilize

Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance safety, quality, and operational delivery throughout the Switchgear value stream. As a critical member of the team reporting to the Production Manager, you'll oversee all production activities and drive continuous improvement via the Regal Business System.

Your role focuses on mentoring employees and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, equipping the team with necessary training, and maintaining precise production statistics. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing operations ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery
• Lead regular Value Stream management meetings to enhance performance
• Provide coaching and mentorship to optimize team effectiveness
• Identify training resources for onboarding new employees
• Facilitate kaizen events for continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum five years in a manufacturing leadership role
• Familiarity with ETO or CTO manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Lean CI tools
