Job Title: Pilates Trainer (Physiotherapist Preferred)

Reform Pilates is a premium Pilates studio focused on strength, mobility, and mindful movement. We are building a team of passionate trainers who understand both rehabilitation and fitness training.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a physiotherapist with a strong fitness background who is interested in becoming a Pilates trainer. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in fitness training, along with a willingness to learn and grow in Pilates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Pilates sessions both Groups and PT.
• Assess clients’ fitness levels, injuries, and goals
• Design structured and safe workout plans
• Ensure correct form, posture, and breathing techniques
• Guide clients through strength, mobility, and recovery-focused training
• Track client progress and maintain records and most importantly deliver results.

Requirements

• Should be from Physiotherapy background, fresher would work too.
• Prior experience in fitness training (gym / functional training / rehab-based training)
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and movement
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Passion for fitness and willingness to build a career in Pilates
• Prior Pilates experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• Willing to work for full hours and long term.
