JOB TYPE

• Part-Time leading to Full-Time as an option; Wednesday-Saturdays (Fridays and Saturdays Required)

LOCATION

• North York (walking distance or transit-accessible from Don Mills Station near Fairview Mall)
• Free underground parking available.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have previous experience with industry spa/clinic software
• Proficient with communicating with clients via email and phone
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, ability to prioritize, organize and problem solve
• Certificate from a recognized Medical Esthetics training program.
• 2 years or more of skin care experience is an asset (AlumierMD)
• Prior customer service experience
• Comfortable with the use of technology

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing multi-modality facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Picosure Pro
• Consulting and educating our clients on the best homecare regimen for their skin and keep accurate record-keeping
• Acquire and maintain complete product and treatment knowledge (training provided)
• Conduct skin analysis
• Perform efficient administrative tasks, appointment scheduling and transaction processing.
• Adhere to clinic cleaning routines, room/treatment set-up, timing, treatment protocol and sanitation standards
• Managing clients in and out of their services at reception
• Answering phones and emails and to handle client requests
• Inventory and E-commerce assistance
• Administrative duties
• Participating in marketing and social media

• Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
