The Quality Technician will be responsible for identifying quality issues across the manufacturing environment, supporting investigations and root cause analysis, collecting relevant process and product data, and managing non-conforming material. This person will work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain rapid response and drive continuous improvements to the production process.</span></p> <p data-start="736" data-end="958"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate brings a self-starting mindset with a strong drive to solve complex problems, along with a get-it-done attitude, willing to jump in, take end-to-end ownership, and do what is needed to support the team.</span></p> <p data-start="736" data-end="958"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Hours:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Full-time, Monday–Friday (initial schedule). This role will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sunday–Tuesday (every other Wednesday) or&nbsp;6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday–Saturday (every other Wednesday)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze production data using quality tools to identify potential non-conforming or at-risk material</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide sampling support for in-process and finished product as required</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related fields</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments (technician, engineering tech, or similar role)</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong safety discipline (LOTO, PPE, safe work practices)</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
