You will own the full project lifecycle - from commercial scoping and BD handoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and structured handoff to Operations and Maintenance - for a growing portfolio of utility-scale and behind-the-meter storage projects.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You are the connective tissue between Business Development, Product Engineering, EPC partners, and customers. You drive schedule, manage risk, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, adaptable to a startup environment, and comfortable operating where processes are still being built. You’re a doer and a builder, excited about working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, and want to shape how Redwood delivers energy storage projects at scale.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive end-to-end project execution from requirements scoping and BD handoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and O&amp;M handoff</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the integrated end-to-end schedule, budget tracker, and risk register for each assigned project; proactively identify and escalate schedule or cost risks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary interface between Business Development, Product Engineering, EPC partners, and customers across all project phases</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track RFI and submittal workflows, change order logs, permitting, interconnection coordination, and all contractual project deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Product Engineering on equipment selection, BOM alignment, and technical scope definition for each project</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee commissioning readiness and test plan execution; manage structured handoff documentation to O&amp;M</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain project data in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and relevant PM tooling; provide S&amp;OP planning inputs and deployment forecasting to leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of repeatable delivery templates, checklists, and execution standards</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Desired Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business, or a related discipline</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of program management experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or utility-scale power infrastructure</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience managing projects from scoping through commissioning and O&amp;M handoff, with ownership of schedule, budget, and risk</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong cross-functional communication skills - comfortable managing up, down, and across EPC, customer, and internal engineering teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A Passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal,&nbsp;state&nbsp;and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Working Conditions:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Hybrid office environment (San Francisco, CA) with regular travel to project sites</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work in varying site conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, and temperature extremes while visiting active BESS construction and commissioning sites</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Occasional work on weekends or after hours to meet project milestones</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Travel requirements, up to 25% - primarily to project sites across the U.S.</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-teams="true"><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is listed below.
