You’ll work on a continuously running production line, using equipment and systems to keep materials flowing safely and efficiently while meeting quality and output goals.</span></div> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Shift: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Full-time, Monday–Friday (initial schedule). This role will transition to a multi-shift operation (including nights and weekends) as production ramps. Flexibility to support different shifts is required.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><span data-teams="true">&nbsp;</span></strong><strong>Responsibilities will include:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operate and train on production and powered industrial equipment, including forklifts.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Pick, stage, and load materials and inventory to support production flow.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate data and system transactions within manufacturing systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute production processes to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="783" data-end="888"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in electronic assembly and/or troubleshooting preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="783" data-end="888"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong critical thinking and time management skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;" data-start="783" data-end="888"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
