A primary objective of this role will be to drive the identification, prioritization, and mitigation of quality risks throughout the operations. Additionally, the Quality Engineer is expected to support the development, deployment, and active improvement of critical quality system elements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibilities will include:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop process and product quality standards and quality plans to ensure products will consistently meet the expectations of our customers</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the development of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (PFMEAs), along with Process Control Plans and test/inspection procedures, to identify, prioritize, and mitigate product and process quality risks</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement critical quality processes and to achieve quality objectives</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Execute process and product quality readiness tasks for production ramp-up</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or arelated technical field</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in a quality role</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with power electronics or battery technologies</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge and experience leading structured problem-solving methodologies</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
