In this role, you will travel regularly to manage work requests, perform equipment inspections, and execute maintenance with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of solar panels, battery storage systems, and related equipment. You have strong technical judgment, a high standard for quality, and the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple tasks.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar panels, inverters, and battery storage units</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Operate specialized tools and equipment for solar and battery system installations and repairs</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">At least 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair, preferably in solar or battery storage systems</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong background in electrical systems and mechanical maintenance</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to troubleshoot and repair at a high level with a self-motivated, hands-on mindset</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
