You'll be the operational backbone of our sales organization, driving data-informed decision-making, optimizing our sales processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to accelerate our market penetration.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities will Include:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own and optimize our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure data quality, pipeline visibility, and actionable insights for leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop sales analytics and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, forecast performance, and identify growth opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support market prioritization and segmentation analysis to guide go-to-market strategy and resource allocation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and deal economics</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead cross-functional project initiatives across Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of customer engagements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support project management of energy storage project development from contract execution through commissioning, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Streamline sales operations processes, including proposal workflows, contract templates, and sales enablement materials</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and commercial strategy</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build financial models to evaluate project economics, incentive eligibility, and commercial terms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support RFP response coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Desired Qualifications: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">1 to 5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&amp;A, or operations roles, ideally with exposure to energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel financial modeling and data analysis</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with CRM platforms or willingness to become a power user quickly</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive cross-functional projects to completion</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Interest in or experience with project managing the development of energy storage or renewable energy projects is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scrappy, hands-on self-starter who is comfortable rolling up sleeves and tackling whatever needs to get done—no task is too small or beneath you</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in energy storage, renewables, or cleantech is a plus but not required</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!</span></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-teams="true"><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">In accordance with California pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is listed below.
