Shop Foreman​/Woman – Agriculture Equipment

Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for an AG Service Shop Forman/Woman , based out of our Lloydminster branch supporting the agriculture product lines.

At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, construction and truck/trailer equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.

This position will be responsible for overseeing service repair and providing quality customer interactions.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

-Providing superior customer service

-Extensive technical knowledge of Equipment

-Opening, closing and editing work orders

-Maintaining clear communications with customers

-Scheduling of units to be serviced and repaired

-Supervision and support of Service Technicians

-Journeyperson status with minimum 5 years experience

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

-Experience in a service shop setting

-Excellent technical background and above average computer skills

-Strong verbal & written communication skills
