Job Description
Our Redhead Equipment sales department in the Lloydminster branch has an exciting career opportunity for an Agriculture Equipment Sales Territory Manager.
At Redhead Equipment we do “Whatever It Takes” to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agriculture Equipment Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of agricultural equipment, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Abilities:
-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector.
-Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
-Stay informed about the latest agricultural equipment technologies and trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase equipment features and advantages.
-Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
-Previous experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment or related industries.
-Post-secondary education in agriculture, business, or a related field preferred.
-Strong understanding of agricultural practices and equipment.
-Motivated self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude and desire to grow with a dynamic company
-Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clients
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
